Joyce Cheng

Senior Analyst, Assessment and Advisory Services

Joyce analyzes quantitative and qualitative data, writes reports, and provides assessment insights to CEP clients. She is also involved with CEP’s Learning Institute, which offers peer learning cohorts and custom workshops to foundation staff, leaders, donors, and trustees.

Prior to joining CEP in 2022, Joyce graduated from Emory University with a Master of Public Health. During her degree, she conducted a community needs assessment and a program evaluation for organizations in the public and nonprofit sectors. Joyce also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wellesley College. In her spare time, Joyce enjoys playing board games, cooking, and exploring cafes with family and friends.
